Job Description
SENIOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Organization Development or Engineering field, or a combination of post-secondary education and related experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience as a Trainer: developing training material and giving presentations to support skills enhancement
- Project Management experience
- Industrial maintenance experience and knowledge
- Experience designing and delivering training in at least one of the following areas: industrial hydraulic practices, lubrication, equipment reliability, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or HVAC
- At least one year of direct involvement with workforce development programs (i.E. Apprenticeships, internships)
