An established and reputable collection agency is seeking a full-time temp-to-perm Debt Collection Specialist in Mobile, AL!
Collectors' responsibilities include successful collection of delinquent medical accounts, handling various patient inquiries, completing payment transactions, submitting documentation upon patient request, and call escalation. The role of Collections Representative is to ensure successful account maintenance and collection of patient accounts.
Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, efficiency in interpretation and documentation of accounts, and a willingness to attend in-depth training in order to become proficient in HIPAA and FDCPA regulatory guidelines. Organizational and problem-solving skills desired. These qualities accompanied by an upbeat, eager personality and willingness to learn, are essential.
