Clark Personnel is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Calvert, Alabama! *Please note that candidates with at least 2 years of Recruiting experience are ideal for this position and are encouraged to apply! Role Purpose: The Recruiter will support talent partners with various recruitment tasks to support the client' s organization!
Job Description:
Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating requisitions in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Reviewing and vetting candidates
- Scheduling testing and/or interviews
- Conducting phone interviews
- Preparing and extending offers
- Onboarding steps in the ATS system for new hires
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor' s Degree
Experience: At least 2+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience minimum; from developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, extending offers and onboarding processes; Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
Skills & Certifications:
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Doesn' t have to be told what to do all the time
- Has high follow-up and customer service skills
- Go-getter attitude and energy
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Type: Full-time; Contract; 1 year - however will go permanent for the right person.
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Days, Monday Friday, typically 8 5 but may vary slightly and have some flexibility (i.E. 7 4 or 7: 30 4: 30) - will work onsite at first and then will work a hybrid schedule with 2 days at home and 3 in office.
