Technician
Pay: $16.25/hr Depending on Experience
Assist Service Technician in a route providing residential and/or commercial clients with lawn management services. Technician Assistant will provide professional service to clients by helping the Service Technician provide professional service to clients by problem solving and recommending other features to help promote a healthy landscape as well as working to build strong relationships as well as any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
Knowledge of grasses, tree/shrubs, weeds, diseases/fungus, pests, chemicals, products, services, and effective treatments.
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Must be able to organize work and complete duties timely.
Adapt quickly to change and work under deadlines. Cooperative, willing to share knowledge, cross-train, and take on additional responsibilities.
Job requires considerable and usually sustained physical effort. Strength and agility for heavy lifting and knowledge of correct body dynamics is necessary for this position. Job requires ability to operate physically demanding equipment such as the ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds consistently as well as the ability to walk while having a backpack sprayer properly strapped on the body that weighs up to 30 pounds.
Ability to work weekends when warranted.
