Job Description:
A client liaison is responsible for the successful communication between company and our clients. The applicant must be self motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities in our office.
Applicant should have good communication skills coupled with the ability to solve problems and manage time wisely.
Candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills. You will be provided in-depth training to become efficient in HIPAA and FDCPA regulatory guidelines.

Daily tasks could include: Answer client requests Work any reports necessary Answer collector inquiries involving validation of guarantor accounts (verify that guarantor went to the facility on the date of service) Follow up on dispute and insurance accounts previously worked Review client system to provide validation of accounts (verify account balances match, verify inventory is the same for both the client and Armstrong and Associates) Answer phone calls and expedite communication between our office and clients Posting of payments Balance of deposits Calculate settlement payments


Starting Salary: $15 per hour Working Days (subject to changes)
Monday to Friday 8 am 5 pm
