ACCOUNTS PAYABLE positions!

Primary Responsibilities:
*Review and verify invoices and check requests
*Set up invoices for payment
*Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
*Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
*Reconcile accounts payable transactions
*Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
*Maintain W9s
*Assist with month-end closing
*Correspond with clients and respond to inquiries
Required Skills:
*General knowledge of accounts payable and accounting procedures
*Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant accounting software
*Proficiency in data entry and 10-key with minimal error rate
*Basic Accounting Principles
*Ability to learn new skills and platforms as needed for new projects
*Aptitude for self-guided learning on new technology
Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or equivalent required
*1-3 years' accounts payable experience required
*Experience in an accounting firm or franchise preferred
