ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts as needed, postingtransactions, ensure legal requirements for compliance
Daily accounts payable entries to keep expense projections current
Assist in reconciling the company s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers as needed
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures and maintaining employee credit cardusage by verifying compliance with company credit card policy
Managing expenditure accounts
Assist in monthly closing tasks
Filing and remitting monthly sales and use taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Assisting in development and maintenance of department procedures
Monthly financial analysis with Director of Finance and executive
