Technical Support (IT) Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities for Technical Support (IT) Specialist:
Coordinate with end-users, onsite technicians and authorized dealers to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
Provide an excellent service experience by promptly and actively communicating with all customers.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving printers and prepress workflow software.
Follow up with customers throughout the troubleshooting process to ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded.
Conduct comprehensive training for customers enabling them to properly and effectively operate our equipment.
Accurately and thoroughly document troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts in our CRM.
Stay current with industry and system information, changes and updates.
Product specific training will be provided.
Will travel 25% of the time.
Requirements for Technical Support (IT) Specialist:
High school diploma
Proven track record of successful help desk or technical support experience is preferred
Exemplary attendance and punctuality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic and will to succeed
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize throughout the day
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Experience with color digital and ink jet printers is a plus
1-2 years experience is preferred
Must be able to meet travel requirements.

$16-$17/hour depending on experience
