Duties include: Answering multi-line phones and transferring calls, taking messages, filing, scanning, faxing, greeting visitors, setting appointments, handling USPS and packages, proofreading documents, drafting letters, working in MS Office. Must have at least 2 years of experience holding a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant title in a professional office setting Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook Good communication skills, strong phone voice
