Inbound Customer Service position with a busy Call Center in Daphne. Must have strong data entry skills (8K to 6K) Alpha Numeric skills required. Accuracy is very important. Medical Knowledge of Explanations of Review/Reimbursement/Benefits, CPT codes, ICD 9 & 10 codes, Fee Schedules, PPOs and PHAD reviews (Strongly Preferred, but not required) Flexibility to work within the hours of 7 am until 7 pm Monday thru Friday. Ability to defuse an irate caller.Handle 50+ calls in an eight-hour shift within 90 days of hire date. Inbound Call Center experience is preferred. Clean background and drug screen required.
