*Coordinate with end-users, onsite technicians and Xante Authorized Dealers to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
*Provide an excellent service experience by promptly and actively communicating with all customers.
*Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving printers and prepress workflow software.
*Follow up with customers throughout the troubleshooting process to ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded.
*Conduct comprehensive training for customers enabling them to properly and effectively operate our equipment.
*Accurately and thoroughly document troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts in CRM.
*Stay current with industry and system information, changes and updates.
