Customer Service Representative

Job duties include:
*Provide an excellent customer service experience by actively communication with customers and resolving their issues.
*Create and dispatch technical support call tickets.
*Will be responsible for gathering background information from a customer, entering the information into our CRM and then relaying that information to a Technical Support Specialist.
*Screen and processing calls to other departments.
*Maintain complete entries in our CRM for each customer contact.
*Create Return Good Authorizations for products returning to for testing.
*Research and process sales order for consumable purchases, replacement parts, to correct shipping errors.
