Local real estate company seeking a Bookkeeping Assistant for Tax Season Special Project. Will assist in preparing tax documents for ownership entities, Other responsibilities include, assisting department prepare financial records and reports for a variety of real estate transactions, which can include property sales, rentals, leases and time-sharing. Reports may include items such as development expenses, operational costs and profits. The ideal candidate for the job should have exp with tax reporting or bookkeeping, high attention to details and accuracy, teamwork, and integrity.
