Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Mobile, AL. Job Function: Perform admin duties for the corporate office including primary focus on the management of accounts payable. Performs all data entry that is direct correlation to A/P. Assist in developing and implementing a/p system that maximizes terms and keeps the company credit rating in excellent condition. Filling and record keeping as it relates to the management of A/P. Audits all expense reports/credit card activities to ensure accuracy and reimbursement, manage check/payment distribution for accuracy, Experience with SAP preferred.
