Job Description
SENIOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Organization Development or Engineering field, or a combination of post-secondary education and related experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience as a Trainer: developing training material and giving presentations to support skills enhancement
Project Management experience
Industrial maintenance experience and knowledge
Experience designing and delivering training in at least one of the following areas: industrial hydraulic practices, lubrication, equipment reliability, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or HVAC
At least one year of direct involvement with workforce development programs (i.E. Apprenticeships, internships)
