Job Description

Clark Personnel is seeking a IT Services Technician! The wage is $20.77/hr. In Mobile, AL.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining working components through repair or replacement
  • Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties
  • Preparing website with proper coding and content pertinent to company business needs
  • Monitoring clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages.
  • Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong customer service skills, exceptional written and verbal skills, proofreading skills, data entry skills, and excellent phone etiquette
  • Must have the ability to read and understand technical manuals
  • Understanding of software programming, troubleshooting and knowledge of servers/web-based programs
  • Must be organized and attentive to detail
  • Tech Savvy
  • Able to perform basic repairs on computer systems
